Carlos J. Malave is the author of Translating Your Success and the visionary developer behind the Restorative Power Program. With over a decade of K–12 teaching experience, Carlos has transformed into a dynamic speaker, curriculum developer, and coach—creating tools that empower both educators and learners.
His Restorative Power Curriculum is implemented in classrooms and organizations across the U.S. and internationally. Carlos’s work fosters perseverance, compassion, and inspiration, earning him recognition on ABC 13 News and commendation from Texas legislators in 2018 for his role in advancing legislation to integrate Restorative Practices into public schools.
Over the past four years, Carlos has helped curriculum clients generate over $1 million in sales. He also brings deep expertise in consulting within higher education, specializing in helping youth find strength in vulnerability and build resilience, empathy, and purpose.
Originally from New York, Carlos now lives in Houston, Texas, with his wife and daughter, continuing to impact education worldwide through innovative curriculum development and coaching.
